Quickstart: Get Your API Key
Create your OneProvider account, top up the balance or redeem a marketplace code, then issue an API key in the Telegram bot or at app.oneprovider.dev.
Your personal cabinet: one shared balance, up to 3 API keys, marketplace codes and per-request usage. In the Telegram bot and at app.oneprovider.dev.
All models, capabilities, and prices Documentation index for AI agents:https://oneprovider.dev/docs/llms.txt How it works
- Balance and keys live in your personal cabinet. It is the same cabinet in the bot and on the website.
- You top up one shared balance and issue API keys yourself (3 by default; support can raise the limit). Each key spends that balance within its own limit.
- An older key is moved into the cabinet, with its remaining balance, when you open the bot.
Open the cabinet
| Where | How |
|---|---|
| Telegram | @oneprovider_robot → /start → “Account” |
| Website | app.oneprovider.dev : sign in with Telegram, Google, or email and password |
Signing in to the cabinet and your API key are different things: an API key remains the bearer credential for API requests, while sign-in is only for managing the balance and keys.
Top up the balance
- Bot: “Account” → “Top up Account”. Website: “Balance” → “Top up”.
- Pick a pack or custom amounts from $100 to $5000 and a payment method: crypto, international cards / Apple Pay / Google Pay, SBP / QR. The final amount and fees are shown before you pay.
- Pay through the link or invoice. The balance is credited automatically, usually within 1–3 minutes.
- SBP/QR. The customer pays a 3.5% fee; OneProvider subsidizes another 3.5%.
- Crypto. A 3% provider fee applies, plus the customer-paid network fee.
Pack prices are on the pricing page ; payment methods are on payment methods . The balance does not expire, and there is no subscription or auto-charge. Paid but the balance did not change? Send the receipt to @Oneproviderhelpbot .
Marketplace code
Bought on G2A, Plati, G2G or similar? Your order came with a code like OP-XXXX-XXXX. Bot: “Other” → “Activate code”. Website: “Balance” → the “OP code” field. The order amount goes straight to the cabinet balance; you issue the key yourself (next step).
Issue a key
- Bot: “Account” → “Issue key”. Website: “Keys” → “Issue a key”.
- Set a name (for example, the client), a spend limit (or “no limit”) and a term: up to 90 days, extendable later.
- Copy the key right away: the full key is shown once, and later only through “Reveal” after signing in again.
Use a separate key per client or project: you see who spends what, and one key can be stopped without touching the others. You can have 3 keys by default (support can raise the limit on request); if the limit is reached, delete one — its balance is already in the cabinet, nothing is lost.
Key format
Keys are sk- followed by 64 lowercase hex characters — for example sk-50e20199...f837fca1. Treat the value as opaque: nothing inside is parseable.
Where to store it
- Local dev: an environment variable in your shell rc, or a
.envfile that is.gitignored. - CI: the platform’s secret store (GitHub Actions secrets, GitLab CI variables, etc.).
- Production: a real secret manager — 1Password, AWS Secrets Manager, Doppler, Vault.
- Mobile / browser: never. The key must live behind a server proxy you control.
Usage and balance
The cabinet’s “Usage” page lists every request with its model, tokens and price, filterable by key. The API returns the balance too: GET /v1/dashboard/balance .
Bonuses
The welcome bonus and the first top-up bonus are promotional offers: they may be available for a limited time, cannot be withdrawn and are not refundable (see the Terms ). Available offers are shown in the cabinet; once an offer has expired, the bonus can no longer be claimed.
Referrals
The “Referrals” tab of the cabinet holds your personal link. Invite others and receive a reward on the terms shown in the cabinet. Signing up through your own link does not earn a reward.
Merging cabinets
If you have two cabinets (for example one in Telegram and one on the website), message @Oneproviderhelpbot : once you have proven ownership of both, we merge them and the balance and keys end up in one cabinet.
Pause, delete, leaks
- Pause stops a key without deleting it; “Resume” turns it back on.
- Delete disables the key at once and cannot be undone. The balance stays in the cabinet.
Activating a marketplace code: questions
Where do I enter the OP-XXXX-XXXX code?
In the Telegram bot choose “Other” → “Activate code”. On app.oneprovider.dev open “Balance” and use the “OP code” field. The order amount is added to your cabinet balance; then issue a key in the “Issue a key” step above.
I activate on redeem.oneprovider.dev. Which tab do I use?
“New user” creates a new key from the code and the username or email of your order. “Existing user” adds the code’s balance to an old sk- key you already have. A second code on the same email does not create another new key: use “Existing user” or a different email.
I did not copy the key after activation
Enter the same code again on the activation page: it shows the key again behind a click-to-reveal. Keys issued in the cabinet can be shown through “Reveal” after you sign in again.
“We couldn’t find this code”
Check the characters for a typo (the code is OP- followed by two groups of four). A revoked or someone else’s code is not found either. Try again from another browser, then message support with your marketplace order ID.
Can I get a refund for a code?
Usually through a dispute on the marketplace where you bought it. Our own rules are in the Refund Policy .
