Terms of Service: API Keys, Balance, Refunds

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneProvider gateway and related services (the “Service”) provided by OneProvider Ltd. (“OneProvider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Cyprus. By accessing or using the Service, including by starting the bot or signing in to the cabinet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced from them. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and the API Key

The API key issued to you is a bearer credential for API requests. Balance and keys may also belong to your OneProvider personal cabinet, available in the Telegram bot and on the web at app.oneprovider.dev , where you can sign in with Telegram, Google, or email and password. By redeeming a code or purchasing a top-up, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that is the subject of EU or UN export sanctions that would prohibit you from using the Service.
• You will keep your API key confidential. Anyone in possession of your key can spend the balance attached to it; we cannot recover spending performed by a leaked key prior to revocation.
• You will keep your cabinet sign-in details confidential: your password and access to your email, Google and Telegram accounts. Actions taken after signing in to your cabinet are treated as yours.

You can pause, delete or replace a cabinet key at any time in your cabinet. You may rotate or revoke a key outside a cabinet by messaging @Oneproviderhelpbot from the same Telegram chat that received the original delivery.

Merging cabinets. A Telegram cabinet and a web cabinet that belong to the same person can be merged on request to support once you have proven ownership of both. We may decline a merge if we cannot verify ownership or see signs of abuse.

2. The Service

OneProvider provides metered access to OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible AI language model endpoints. We are a routing and billing layer in front of model providers; we do not own, operate or train the underlying models. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated outputs.
• The model catalogue, the available models, and the per-token rates may change with reasonable notice as our agreements with model providers change.
• You must comply with the usage policies of any model provider whose models you access through us, in addition to our own Acceptable Use Policy .

3. Payment and Balance

The Service operates on a prepaid balance model. You purchase a code or top up your cabinet balance using an available payment method. A cabinet balance is shared by all keys in that cabinet, and each key can have its own spending limit and expiry. A single cabinet top-up is from $100 to $5000; package prices with volume discounts are listed on the pricing page . Each API request consumes balance based on the model used and the number of tokens reported by the model provider.

3.1 Test Keys

• Paid test key. This is a separate short-term product for evaluating compatibility, model availability, routing, and integration before purchasing a standard key or making a larger top-up. Its validity period is disclosed in the offer and upon delivery; a one-day paid test key remains valid for 24 hours from issuance, not from the first API request. Any unused balance ceases to be available when the key expires. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy .
• Free test key. This is provided at no charge as part of a promotion. Its balance is promotional credit, has no cash value, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.

3.2 Bonuses and Promotional Credit

Welcome and other bonuses (for example, for a first top-up) are promotional offers from OneProvider. They may be available for a limited time, may be changed or ended, are not money, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or refunded. A bonus is credited on the terms of the specific offer. A bonus is granted once per person; see the Acceptable Use Policy , section 1.10.

3.3 Referral Program

You can invite other users with your personal link and receive a reward on the terms shown in the cabinet. We may change or end the program; a reward obtained in breach of the rules (including for your own or fake sign-ups) may be revoked.

3.4 Keys and Limits

By default a cabinet can hold up to 3 keys; support can raise this on request. A key spending limit caps spending on that key and does not replace your own monitoring of the balance.

Available channels include payment cards from any country, Apple Pay and Google Pay, SBP / QR, and cryptocurrency. Current availability and fees are described in the Payment Methods document . All refund eligibility, amounts, and timing are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy .

• Currency. All balances are denominated in US dollars. Cryptocurrency top-ups are converted at the rate the payment processor reports at the moment of settlement.
• Fees. OneProvider does not charge fees on top of the metered token cost. Fees for the selected payment method are disclosed before payment confirmation.
• Card data. Handled by our payment provider; we do not store it.
• Tax. Prices are stated exclusive of any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• Disputes. Refunds and related disputes are handled only under the Refund Policy .

Keys purchased through third-party marketplaces may have different specifications, balances, validity periods, and refund terms from those shown on the OneProvider website. The product listing and the applicable marketplace terms govern that purchase.

4. Rates and Token Math

Per-model rates are published on the pricing page and the canonical machine-readable list is served at GET https://api.oneprovider.dev/v1/models. Both input and output tokens contribute to the deducted amount. Cached input tokens are billed at a reduced rate where the model provider supports caching.

A cabinet balance does not expire while the cabinet is active. Promotional credit, bonuses and test keys may have their own terms (Sections 3.1 and 3.2). Rates for future top-ups may change with advance notice on the website or in the Telegram bot; changes do not apply to balance already credited to your key or cabinet.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in immediate revocation of your key and forfeiture of any remaining balance, in addition to other remedies described in the AUP.

6. Intellectual Property

OneProvider’s property. The gateway code, brand, documentation and infrastructure are owned by OneProvider and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use OneProvider trademarks.

Your content. You retain all rights to the prompts you submit. By submitting a prompt, you grant OneProvider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, single-purpose licence to relay that prompt to the model provider for the sole purpose of fulfilling your API request and returning the response to you. We claim no ownership over your prompts or over the responses generated for you.

AI-generated output. Ownership and licensability of AI-generated output is unsettled in many jurisdictions. We make no warranty regarding the originality, accuracy or intellectual-property status of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying that any use you make of AI output does not infringe the rights of a third party.

7. Service Availability

We target high availability for the gateway and publish current state on /status . We do not offer a signed Service Level Agreement and we make no formal availability guarantee. Best-effort uptime; planned and unplanned maintenance windows are announced via Telegram.

8. Termination

By you. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to use your key. You may request key revocation and a refund of any remaining balance in accordance with the Refund Policy .

By us. We may revoke a key, or suspend or ban a cabinet (together with all its keys), if its use violates these Terms, the AUP (including abuse of bonuses or referrals, circumventing limits, or creating extra cabinets to evade restrictions), or if required by law. We will notify you through the Telegram bot, the cabinet support chat, or the email you sign in with where practicable, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.

Effect. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY OF RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE OUTPUT OF AN AI MODEL WILL MATCH YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, BIASES OR HARMFUL CONTENT; YOU BEAR ALL RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THEM.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONEPROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ONEPROVIDER’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that may not be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OneProvider, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms or the AUP, (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right, or (d) content you submit through the Service.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides for a different forum. Before initiating litigation you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting @Oneproviderhelpbot .

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date; for material changes we may also notify you in the Telegram bot. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy , the Acceptable Use Policy , the Refund Policy and the Payment Methods document, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneProvider regarding the Service.
• Language. These Terms are provided in English and Russian; in case of any discrepancy between the versions, the English version prevails.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to a successor in a corporate transaction without your consent.
