Payment Methods

Option 1. Cards from Any Country, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Cards from any country, Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled by the payment partner PayGate. OneProvider does not receive or store card details. Russian bank cards are not accepted this way: use SBP instead.

• Availability: supported cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are shown at checkout.
• Email: the provider asks for an email address for the receipt.
• Fee: any applicable fee is shown before you confirm payment.
• Currency: the payment amount and conversion rate are shown at checkout.
• Credit: after the payment provider confirms settlement.

Option 2. SBP / QR

Pay in rubles through Platega by scanning a QR code or following a link in your Russian banking app. The payment rail charges 7% in total: you pay 3.5%, and OneProvider subsidizes the remaining 3.5%.

• Your fee: 3.5% of the top-up amount.
• OneProvider subsidy: 3.5% of the payment rail's full 7% fee.
• Confirmation: QR code or a "Pay" link inside your banking app.
• Limits: set by your bank.

Option 3. Cryptocurrency (@CryptoBot / @xRocket)

Cryptocurrency payments are available through the Telegram bots @CryptoBot and @xRocket. The payment provider fee is 3%. You pay the blockchain network fee separately.

• Currencies accepted: USDT (TRC-20), TON, BTC, and other available coins.
• Provider fee: 3% of the top-up amount.
• Network fee: paid by you and determined by the selected network.
• Confirmation: a payment link in @CryptoBot or @xRocket inside Telegram.
• Credit: after the required network confirmations.

4. Refunds

All refund eligibility, amounts, process, and timing are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy .

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". OneProvider does not guarantee that any payment method will be available at all times; availability depends on payment providers, networks, and banks. We recommend that you review the terms of use of the payment systems themselves.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided when making a payment. In case of incorrect details, OneProvider is not liable for inability to credit the funds.

6. Changes to Payment Methods

OneProvider reserves the right to change the list of available payment methods, fees and processing conditions with prior notice via the bot's Telegram channel. Changes take effect on the date the notice is published. Continuing to use the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
